Posting of your companies job to our list.
Specialized jobs – such as EP or WPPS is sent to personnel currently listed and working in the field first. Then it is sent to the list next.
E-mail blasts go out to over 8000 personnel in the above categories of Spec Ops, LEA etc.
You are the POC for the job listings – you receive the resumes’ – and to date we have heard nothing but good for responses from this list from employers. We do not want to do headhunting.
Invoicing is done via the internet – PDF format in order to save on extraneous costs.
Unfortunately at the current time – our database is not automated – hence it is not searchable by potential employers. We do have plans for implementing such services in the future as we expand.
Steps we are pursing in the near future.
Complete revamp of the site in order to handle all the traffic as well as better request forms. Within next 3 months – gradually introduced.
Database – which will allow employers to look at resume’s as well as potential employees to put them right into the DB. This has to be somewhat restricted, for security reasons of course. Will be completed by or before July 2007.
Travel site page – keeping updated at least weekly - http://www.specopsadvantage.com/travel.html this offers employers a place where they can find all of their travel needs for Airlines in ONE easy place. Should have one not listed, simply let us know and we will get them added.

This site offers some great training – much of it free, and very useful in today’s environment for GWOT, AT, FEMA, DOE training etc. Any employer should be happy with a site that can offer their employees free training or resources to training in the industry as well.
AREA INFO - http://www.specopsadvantage.com/area.html a great place for much of the intel needed for travel abroad. This area will be expanding greatly in the near future.

Currently working with a small SF Vet owned medical supply company to help get them set up as POC for companies.
